VP, Business Development Leader

Culture Amp is seeking a high-achieving VP, Business Development Leader to drive sustained revenue growth and lead our Commercial Sales Team globally. This role plays a critical part in the company's long-term success and involves working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to evolve our global sales strategy.
This position requires a leader who can motivate and inspire a team of over 50 commercial sales professionals across North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific (NA, EMEA, APAC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a new logo and expansion sales strategy to drive recurring revenue from customers in the Commercial segment up to 1000 employees.
- Partner with leadership to create scalable sales processes that drive sustainable growth and define the next chapter of our business.
- Coach and inspire sales leaders to grow and amplify their teams.
- Drive a predictable sales model for accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with Marketing for demand generation, inbound and outbound, and other marketing programs.
- Work closely with Product on customer needs to inform the Product roadmap and customer experience.
- Ensure regional alignment and collaboration to enter new markets and develop career paths for team members.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated 10+ years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams preferably in a SaaS company.
- Experience as a third-line leader preferably in a global role.
- SUCCESSFUL track record of 100%+ quota achievement as a leader and individual contributor in Commercial SaaS-based sales.
- Ability to travel globally up to 30% of time.
The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
