Customer Service Representative Role

At PMG INC, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to provide information and respond to inquiries about products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with account setup and maintenance, including ordering services and resolving billing issues.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on how to use equipment and navigate our website.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Windows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
