Global Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Brand & Communication Planning Manager to join our Global Consumer Strategy & Insights department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global brand positioning, brand system development, and purpose evolution to drive consumer and cultural relevance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of creative and messaging hierarchies for our brand trademark, including brief development and creative testing.
- Establish a new global communication research standard approach for future campaign development.
- Refine target consumer understanding to improve campaign, content, and effectiveness.
- Support the standardization of KPIs for brand equity tracking and growth driver evaluations.
- Make recommendations to help Global Brand Marketing and the marketing & sales organization execute against opportunities.
Requirements:
- Completed studies in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Deep experience in brand marketing & research in a client-side team, preferably in lifestyle products and/or entertainment industry.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research and analyzing multiple content and data inputs.
- Proficient at interpreting research learnings and results into story-driven analyses that clearly communicate implications.
- Intellectual curiosity and openness to continuously learn.
- Comfortable presenting in small and large groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
