Account Development Representative

At Insight Global, we're seeking a highly motivated Account Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting local small businesses to partner with us on our delivery program.

You'll work closely with our Field Manager and other local contractors to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, and guide them through the application process. Your goal will be to drive referrals through community organizations and coordinate recruitment events.

We're looking for individuals with exceptional customer service and communication skills, as well as experience in sales and/or customer service. Prior experience in field sales or negotiation with customers is a plus.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
