Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Claims Coordinator to join our team at Atlantic Dda Llc. As a Warranty Claims Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims and ensuring that claims are completed and filed accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and document customer warranty claim requests from various departments.
  • Process and file warranty claims, ensuring compliance with all warranty policies.
  • Monitor and review in-process claims to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage warranty receivables and process warranty credit statements.
  • Interact with internal and external customers and vendors to resolve warranty issues.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and vendors to obtain necessary materials and documentation.
  • Process extended warranties on behalf of customers.
  • Assist with vendor warranty claim audits.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well with diverse personalities and individuals.

Education and Experience:

A high school graduate or equivalent, and/or one to two years of related experience.

Computer Skills:

  • Basic computer navigation and utilization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
  • Prior experience with Oracle a plus.
