Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Staffing and Associate Development: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales associates and management teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Store Standards: Ensure the store meets company standards for visual presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Merchandising and Visual: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies and visual displays.
  • Fashion and Styling: Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and styles, and ensure that sales associates are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our products.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a strong background in store operations and management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong visual merchandising skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective visual displays.
