Job Overview:


We are in search of a Sales and Marketing Coordinator who is well-versed in utilizing both MS Office Suite (primarily Excel) and Google Sheets & Docs, and is comfortable making follow-up calls to clients regarding estimates.

This individual will report to the Director of Business Development and will also be tasked with assisting in various sales tracking and reporting, conducting online research, creating marketing materials, and supporting the planning and coordination of marketing and networking events such as golf tournaments, educational workshops, and lunch-and-learn sessions.


Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm (occasional after-hours marketing and networking events)

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of substantial sales administration/support experience.

Comfortable engaging with clients and addressing inquiries over the phone

Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel - including; creating spreadsheets, adding formulas, pivot tables, sorting, filtering, etc.

Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

Willingness to learn new software and technologies

Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking

Attention to detail

Trustworthy, friendly, and personable

Dependable and reliable

Overall solid team player
