Job Overview:


We are in search of a Sales and Marketing Coordinator who is highly skilled in utilizing both MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Sheets & Docs, and is comfortable making follow-up calls to clients regarding estimates.

This individual will report to the Director of Business Development and will be tasked with assisting in various sales tracking and reporting activities, conducting online research, creating marketing materials, and supporting the planning and coordination of marketing and networking events such as golf tournaments, educational workshops, and informational sessions.


Office Location:
Remote

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm (with occasional after-hours marketing and networking events)

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of solid experience in sales administration/support.

Comfortable engaging with clients and addressing inquiries over the phone

Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel - including creating spreadsheets, applying formulas, utilizing pivot tables, sorting, filtering, etc.

Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

Willingness to learn new software and technologies

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks

Attention to detail

Trustworthy, friendly, and personable

Dependable and reliable

Overall strong team player
