Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Desk Associate to join our team at our new Skogen's Festival Foods grocery store in Hudson, WI. As a Guest Services Desk Associate, you will be responsible for conducting daily Service Counter operations and strengthening guest relations through advanced guest service and engagement techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Respond to guest inquiries, provide information to help guests make purchasing decisions, and resolve any complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process transactions, maintain cash and media at Service Counter registers, and distribute cashier tills as needed.
- Support Guest Verifications: Process guest verifications, orders, applications, forms, and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide Additional Services: Offer additional services such as DMV, Lottery, Rug Doctor, and ticket sales to guests.
- Resolve Issues: Direct unresolved issues and requests to the appropriate designated resource.
- Contribute to Guest Service Standards: Contribute to the maintenance and development of standards, procedures, and policies regarding guest service.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week with a minimum of 8 hours per day during available days.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with associates and guests.
- Technical Skills: Ability to process information/merchandise through register system and operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of a wide range of goods and services of Festival Foods, ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously, and strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.

- Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly, providing more frequent access to their funds. Part-time store associates are paid a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Hourly full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
- Two-Week Advanced Scheduling: Better Planning. Better Balance. We provide our associates with their schedules two weeks in advance, offering greater predictability & flexibility.
- Vision & Dental Insurance: Part-time and full-time associates are eligible for vision insurance and two dental coverage options that are designed to fit your needs.
