Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Benefits Representative to join our team at The Sperry Agency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and meet or exceed sales targets. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, responding to inquiries, and providing financial advice to protect clients' assets.

To succeed in this position, you should be knowledgeable about financial regulations and have exceptional customer service skills. You will also have the opportunity to participate in hands-on training and accelerated growth opportunities within the company.
