Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive compliance reviews and support activities, including hotline management, excluded party screening, HIPAA breach reporting, and regulatory compliance program operations.
  • Assist in the diligence, integration, and acquisition process, ensuring seamless compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external sources to achieve compliance objectives.
  • Work closely with the Regulatory Compliance Leads (RCL) Program operations team to ensure compliance with Stark Law and Section 1557 regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Commitment to SCA Health's mission and values.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Four-year college degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or healthcare administration.
  • Certification in healthcare compliance (CHC) within two years of employment.
  • Project management experience, coding experience, or audit experience.
