Job Title: Compliance & Privacy Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance & Privacy Analyst to join our team at RxBenefits, Inc. As a key member of our compliance and risk management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company maintains its high standards for compliance and privacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and investigate internal compliance and privacy incidents, including performing root cause analysis, risk assessment, and follow-up activities.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records of compliance and privacy activities and reports, including any complaints or investigations.
  • Enhance compliance and privacy program metrics and reporting to identify trends or areas of risk.
  • Support data mapping and data inventory efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review business associate, data use, and related agreements to identify data privacy and compliance risks.
  • Generate or support company responses to privacy and security questionnaires, data processing agreement requests, and/or security and privacy elements in RFPs and RFIs.
  • Participate in the development, modification, or maintenance of educational tools and training with respect to data privacy and compliance.
  • Effectively communicate information and timely respond to questions or requests for guidance and information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management acumen.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Experience with HIPAA.
  • Pharmacy benefit management or healthcare related experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 - $60,000 annually, with the potential for short-term incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes remote work options, a choice of HDHP or PPO medical plan, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, and group life insurance. We also offer a 401(k) plan with an employer match, community service day, 10 company holidays, and tuition reimbursement for accredited degree programs.
