About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Manager to join our team at Harmony Plus LLC. As a key member of our Program Management team, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects in the Houston area, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 per annum (negotiable)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning, engineering design, and construction activities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and owners
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in construction or renovation of school buildings and facilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification
