We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Houston. As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project life cycle, from pre-construction to completion.

Job Description:

  • Lead the project team in the development of the project plan, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with the project director and estimating team to develop detailed project contracts.
  • Oversee the coordination of project site logistics, including material management and labor allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in the development of quarterly total cost projection reports.
  2. Maintain thorough understanding of the McCarthy/Owner contract.
  3. Implement applicable safety programs and EEO/Affirmative Action initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
  • 10+ Years of Experience in highly complex Healthcare construction projects.
  • Self-perform experience is strongly desired.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
