We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Project Manager to join our team at Gilbane Building Company.

Job Description

This is a senior-level position responsible for developing and maintaining complex schedules, coordinating project teams, and ensuring timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in construction scheduling and proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office software.

About the Role
  • Manage and control all scheduling data through project management software (Primavera P6)
  • Instruct others or make presentations regarding CPM methods and concepts
  • Supervise staff on a large project to ensure that all scheduling responsibilities are completed

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 5-10 years relevant experience in construction scheduling
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Project

Gilbane offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
