Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Technician to join our team at Hope Network. As a key associate, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support and interventions to individuals with disabilities, promoting optimal health and safety.
  • Assist with daily living activities, restorative exercises, and vocational services to enhance independence and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and document progress, reporting any concerns or issues to supervisors and relevant team members.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to Hope Network's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Sciences preferred.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and adapt to various personalities and environments.
