Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Technician I to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their daily lives, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe environment, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our clients.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Support clients in developing and achieving their goals, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in rehabilitation and support services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds or more.
  • Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid.
  • Commitment to scheduled shifts and performance expectations.
  • Basic computer skills.
