Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Public Relations team in developing and executing global PR campaigns, media relations, and global PR events and initiatives.
  • Coordinate PR activities across different regions to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage global PR agency relationships and maintain accurate records of PR activities.
  • Prepare press releases and seasonal alerts for global PR teams.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all product information (availability, roll out dates, pricing, etc.).
  • Coordinate global media interviews with key Levi's stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage global PR media lists for collaborations, product launches, events, and key brand moments.
  • Support the PR Manager in scheduling, budget tracking, and management of seasonal materials.
  • Manage fashion editorial and product placements for the full range of product offerings across all regional teams.
  • Develop and facilitate launch, campaign, and product recaps for global launches.
  • Work with the PR agency to deliver accurate BDA reports and working costs.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in public relations and marketing. The ideal candidate will have:

2+ years of experience in PR or marketing.Bachelor's degree or comparable working experience.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
