Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Children's Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform biopsychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social work, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • State of Texas LMSW license required; LCSW license preferred.
