Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Asset Protection Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive asset protection plans to minimize losses and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
  • Lead and Develop Asset Protection Teams: Manage and mentor asset protection professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct Investigations and Audits: Conduct thorough investigations and audits to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with regional and store management, human resources, legal, operations, and control teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and Maintain Physical Security Controls: Ensure that all physical security controls, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems, are functioning properly and effectively.
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on asset protection policies and procedures.
  • Build Relationships with Law Enforcement and Legal Professionals: Establish and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and legal professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration on security-related matters.
Requirements
  • 6+ Years of Retail Loss Prevention Experience: Proven experience in asset protection, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning.
  • District/Regional Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Knowledge of Asset Protection Programs and Software: Familiarity with asset protection programs and software, including XBR, Navistor, Wyzagwa, LPMS, and similar systems.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to all markets within designated districts.
