POSITION SUMMARY

The role involves overseeing front office functions, ensuring a high standard of customer service for visitors, managing incoming communications, and handling mail distribution efficiently. Additional clerical support may be provided to various departments as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver professional and courteous service, representing CEMCO LLC positively.
  • Greet visitors and maintain an accurate visitor log.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries promptly and route calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Ensure the front desk is staffed during business hours and manage call escalations as necessary.
  • Collect and distribute daily mail from the mailbox for office staff and remote employees.
  • Organize and prepare express mail services (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and USPS deliveries.
  • Receive incoming packages and ensure they reach the correct recipients.
  • Oversee the ordering, receiving, and stocking of office supplies.
  • Keep conference rooms and break areas well-organized and supplied.
  • Coordinate periodic cleaning services for the office environment.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments and interviews as required.
  • Facilitate services from external vendors for office needs.
  • Assist various departments with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, making reservations, and handling mailings.
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance during working hours.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, along with two years of relevant experience.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Ability to comprehend and interpret documents, compose reports and correspondence. Familiarity with shipping services (FedEx, UPS, etc.). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Strong customer service skills and professional presentation.

CERTIFICATIONS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to use hands for various tasks, communicate verbally, and listen. The employee will often stand, walk, and sit.
