As a key member of our Community Solutions Group, you will be responsible for planning and designing various community facilities and places. Our Landscape Architecture team collaborates with all aspects of our Community Solutions Group and other departments at GAI Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in the design leadership and production of conceptual design and construction documents for Landscape Architectural projects.
* Assist with client communication and project coordination.
* Produce project graphics in the plan, section, and 3-D / Perspective views.
* Conduct site design, inventory, and analysis.
* Participate in teams and project meetings.
* Conduct bidding support, RFI's, and Construction Phase Services.
* Collaborate with our team across a broad range of project types.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited University program.
* Licensure in the State of Florida.
* Demonstrated experience with free-hand sketches, digital rendering, master site planning, and detailed site design.
* AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion.
* Landscape Construction Design.
* Strong written and communication skills.
* FDOT experience is a plus, but not required.
