Key Responsibilities- Platform Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Tachyon platform and its associated functional and technical concepts, including product and policy configurations, integration and extension mechanisms, data transmission, and data migration.
- Program Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with clients to understand the scope of the program, timelines, and bottlenecks, and develop a high-level strategy and plan to implement the Tachyon platform and convert existing volumes from the bank onto the Tachyon Core.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of Domain Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Program Managers, Data Engineers, and QA engineers, ensuring they are trained on the Tachyon platform and associated concepts.
- Program Execution and Governance: Oversee the overall program execution, driving it to completion with the help of your team and the offshore team. Ensure all rituals are followed, risks are identified, and mitigation plans are in place.
- Hands-on Solutioning: Lead solutioning workshops with clients, acting as a Domain SME and Tachyon and Technical SME for client stakeholders.
- Requirements Specification: Define and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, integration and feature specifications, phase releases, and solutions to translate functional mapping to Zeta's product landscape.
- Liaising with Product Teams: Collaborate with Zeta's product and program managers to assess the cost and scope of changes and arrive at feasible, optimal approaches for all business requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a single-stop solution for all their Tachyon-related needs. Set up regular catch-ups and ensure they are up-to-date on progress and impediments.
- Technical Problem Solving: Work closely with clients to implement and use the Zeta platform and solutions effectively, providing assistance with integrations, debugging client issues, and providing technical support.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Delivery, Solutioning, Sales Engineering, Implementation, and Consulting roles.
- Education: Engineering degree required.
- Coding Experience: 2-3 years of coding experience is a plus.
