About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Lebanon, TN. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our international customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily and technical support to customers in a specified international region.
  • Process quotes, parts orders, chair orders, and returns within the region.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Support Customer Experience teams as needed.
  • Follow direction, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments.
  • Work as a team and maintain professionalism at all levels in the organization.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on time.
Requirements
  • Minimum of at least 2-4 years' experience of customer support.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Services Representative.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Call center experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in the English language (written and oral); strong grammar skills.
  • Ability to communicate with a pleasant voice and in a professional manner.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and records.
  • Ability to work independently, self-starter, with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks on an ongoing basis.
  • Basic computer, and math skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Interact with a multitude of internal areas including Sales, Transportation, Production Planning.
  • Ability to accommodate flexible or varied work schedules.
