Job Summary

PROMESA R.H.C.F. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to provide support in the Youth program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of facility schedules and patient transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Support: Provide overall supervision and support to the Youth program team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
  • Facility Management: Coordinate and verify patient movement, monitor patient conduct, and ensure the ongoing safety and cleanliness of the facility.
  • Counseling and Support: Develop and conduct group, individual, and family counseling sessions as scheduled.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Report incidents, accidents, and patient concerns to the appropriate clinical staff and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year of related counseling experience in Substance Abuse/Mental Health (Preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, reporting, and recordkeeping skills; ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
  • Language: Bilingual – Spanish speaking a plus.
