LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Onsite Operations Coordinator. This position acts as the primary link between client management and LAUNCH, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and supervising all LAUNCH personnel at the client location.
Key Responsibilities:
LAUNCH Duties:
• Promptly addresses the needs of the site and its representatives.
• Ensures LAUNCH is informed of job vacancies, employee performance, and contractual terms without delay.
• Completes daily and weekly reporting requirements.
• Assists with payroll processing and timekeeping tasks.
• Acts as a point of contact for onsite technicians, recruitment teams, sales personnel, workers' compensation office, compliance, and payroll departments.
• Manages all necessary documentation and administrative tasks.
• Provides onsite support during critical periods throughout the week.
• Maintains a pre-approved schedule and communicates any changes to relevant parties.
• Adheres to all LAUNCH protocols and procedures.
• Keeps abreast of site requirements and developments.
• Effectively relays essential information to onsite contractors.
• Complies with all onsite Workers' Compensation protocols and ensures timely submission of necessary paperwork.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Client Site Responsibilities:
• Regularly meets with Human Resource representatives to ensure all needs are addressed.
• Strives to make LAUNCH the preferred provider of temporary staffing solutions.
• Aids the client with payroll, timekeeping, and resolves any discrepancies.
• Manages the onboarding process for LAUNCH contractors on site.
• Completes any administrative tasks required by the client.
• Maintains necessary information for the client.
• Ensures minimal disruptions with contractors at the site.
• Addresses all issues promptly and efficiently.
• Required to work full-time onsite to deliver value to the client.
• Responsible for managing contractor access to the worksite.
• Handles disciplinary matters concerning contractors.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including report generation and candidate profile management.
• Ability to navigate client Vendor Management System (VMS) software.
• Reliable transportation is essential due to the expansive site.
• Flexibility in working hours is required.
• A high school diploma is mandatory.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site is necessary.
• A sense of urgency is important.
Physical Requirements:
• The role requires the ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
• Must focus on objects at close range.
• Daily walking across the facility is expected.
• Climbing stairs and scaffolding may be required on a weekly basis.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch is necessary.
• May need to lift and/or move items weighing up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
