Your Responsibilities as a Retail Operations Leader:
As the leader of a single retail location, you will oversee various operations. This includes, but is not limited to, recruiting, managing, and guiding team members to meet financial objectives while ensuring outstanding customer service. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving the success of your store. To equip you for this role, we offer an extensive training program lasting 8 weeks or more.
