With nearly four decades of industry expertise, our company is expanding its presence. We manage over 35 communities across Wisconsin and Illinois, with numerous upcoming projects, providing ample opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interviews, assist in the recruitment process, coordinate onboarding activities, and ensure new team members are effectively integrated.
  • Inspire and engage your team, promoting their continuous development in a positive and energetic work atmosphere.
  • Address resident, prospect, and vendor inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a highly desirable community.
  • Ensure property upkeep by collaborating with the onsite maintenance team on all aspects of facility management.
  • Oversee and support the leasing process, including property showings, application assistance, screening, and lease preparation, ensuring resident satisfaction and achieving target occupancy rates.
  • Manage all aspects of move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and scheduling, to deliver exceptional units to new residents.
  • Monitor delinquencies and manage the eviction process when necessary, adhering to all relevant regulations to maintain the financial health of the property.
  • Assist the Regional Property Manager in formulating the annual budget, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data. Ensure adherence to budget parameters and review variances to sustain financial stability.
General Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Property Management.
  • Familiarity with property management software is preferred.
  • Comply with fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).
  • Possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and auto insurance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of living in our properties.
Work Schedule:

Full-time Monday to Friday during daytime hours, including weekends as necessary.
