EPM Pre-Sales Lead

Black Diamond Advisory is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Pre-Sales Lead. This position offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career in the technology and consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs, and other sales-related documents.
- Provide basic technical support and address customer inquiries during the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our products, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams based on customer interactions and market insights.
- Maintain, update, and enhance technical demo assets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the capabilities of our solutions.
- Act as an independent problem solver and be able to navigate ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of OneStream project experience OR 1 year of OneStream project experience plus 3 years of other relevant experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion / similar technology.
- Basic understanding of business processes and enterprise performance management solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support sales activities.
- Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or similar role.
- Relevant technical and/or professional certifications.
- Experience using a CRM tool like Salesforce.
