Job Opportunity

Elite Material Handling LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our company's services and maintenance agreements to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and manage the entire sales process, targeting top prospects and identifying client solutions.
  • Act as a solutions expert consultant, helping partners with their unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives.
  • Work with senior management to establish a clear and effective plan for growing the company customer base.
  • Utilize sales force to provide visibility and effectively communicate activity in assigned territory.
  • Strategize on social selling opportunities and attend company training programs to learn job skills.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of cold calling sales experience required.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience required.
  • 2+ years of industrial equipment or construction sales experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Physical Demands

The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check and must own reliable transportation. The position requires frequent travel to customer job sites, which may involve ascending and descending ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, squatting, bending, and crawling. The ability to adapt to different warehouse temperatures and environments is also essential.
