  • Ensure high-quality products are available by inspecting, rotating, and maintaining proper temperatures
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Lead by example and follow proper food safety procedures
  • Meet quality standards, including quantity expectations
  • Regular, timely attendance and adequate notice for occasional absences

Requirements

  • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and all personnel
  • Good oral and written communication skills and ability to handle a diverse crew in a highly stressful environment
  • Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies
  • Ability to apply on-the-job safety training to recognize and react to possible safety hazards
