As a Fitness Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits our facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests and members
- Assist members and guests with inquiries and concerns
- Ensure the facility is secure and accessible only to authorized individuals
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently and accurately
- Go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and support
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Proficient with computers or quick learner
