Job Summary: As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our licensed nurses to deliver high-quality care and services, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential nursing care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living needs and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with our licensed nurses.
  • Adhere to and reinforce proper infection control measures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Partner with our Life Enrichment team to provide companionship, stimulation, and engagement to residents.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks and perform departmental organizational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • A talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members.
  • The ability to provide a high level of compassion and care for our elderly residents.
  • The ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  • The ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
