We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and processes.

Responsibilities include managing scheduling for therapists, patients, and appointments, handling administrative duties, and coordinating communication between patients, therapists, and senior living facility personnel.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare administration or clinic management, with proficiency in scheduling software, EMR, and Google Workspace.

Additional qualifications include experience working in senior living or with older adults, as well as ICD-10 and CPT code billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the clinic
  • Manage scheduling for therapists, patients, and appointments
  • Handle administrative duties, including patient intake, filing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinate communication between patients, therapists, and senior living facility personnel
  • Ensure compliance with privacy practices, including patient consent for sharing protected health information
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and managing accounts receivable as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and facility partners
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts to enhance visibility within the senior living communities

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in healthcare administration or clinic management
  • Experience working in senior living or with older adults
  • Proficient in scheduling software, EMR, and Google Workspace
  • ICD-10 and CPT code billing preferred
