We are currently seeking a dedicated HR professional to provide support and guidance to store leadership in various HR-related areas, including staffing, workforce planning, training, retention, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, and safety. This role involves close collaboration with store leadership and the regional HR team to promote HR objectives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for both leadership and non-leadership positions, managing the applicant tracking system effectively.
  • Oversee the orientation, onboarding, and training processes to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Champion employee engagement through various HR initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all team members and engage leadership in follow-up discussions.
  • Support reporting, analysis, and execution of talent management and development processes.
  • Guide store leadership on career development resources and track progress on individual development plans.
  • Provide consultation and recommendations on employee relations matters, including dispute resolution and corrective actions.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving employee complaints or policy violations.
  • Support business partner functions regarding company policies in employee relations, compensation, benefits, and talent management.
  • Assist HR Market Managers with various projects as needed.
  • This position may involve additional administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree or higher in Human Resources preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership presence and approachability.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
  • High energy and adaptability.
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Tenacity and emotional resilience in managing challenging situations.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
