Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current Oklahoma RN license and Basic Life Support certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic EKG interpretation certification preferred
- Ability to float between units and adapt to changing patient needs
