Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Float between various units, including medical and cardiac intensive care units, medical and cardiac step-down units, med/surg, ortho/neuro, oncology, and post-surgical units.
- Participate in the Flex Pool, a dynamic team that adapts to the needs of our patients and organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic EKG interpretation certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Must be able to float between all units of at least three approved pods.
- Competitive hourly rate of $46, with opportunities for differential pay.
