Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic EKG interpretation certification required within 6 months of hire
- Ability to float between multiple units and campuses
