Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate market dynamics and customer requirements, leading to the establishment of a data-driven marketing strategy that spans all segments and promotes growth.
  • Supervise the creation of top-tier lead generation, content marketing, product marketing, and corporate marketing functions that align with our strategic vision.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams while taking ownership of Ordr Tech's messaging, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in delivery.
  • Provide ongoing sales enablement content and tools, utilizing Ordr Tech's engineering, product, and sales resources as needed.
  • Develop sales enablement tools to assist partners and VARs globally in achieving their revenue objectives.
  • Select and manage marketing agency partners and oversee their activities.
  • Design partner marketing campaigns that support our partners within a global ecosystem.
  • Plan and execute awareness and lead generation campaigns to bolster revenue and marketing objectives.
  • Represent and communicate the Ordr Tech narrative externally, acting as an evangelist, speaker, and panelist.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand audience sentiments, optimizing our go-to-market strategy for attracting new customers.
  • Establish systems and processes to assess the impact of marketing on business growth.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of professional experience, preferably in the Security sector, with at least 7 years in an executive capacity.
  • Experience operating at the board level within a comparable organization.
  • Proven track record in scaling and building high-performance marketing teams.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Extensive experience in all facets of marketing, including awareness and lead generation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in budget forecasting and management.
  • Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing multi-tiered teams and collaborating effectively across functions.
  • Deep customer insights and a solid understanding of target demographics.
  • Demonstrated success in executing impactful plans that enhance business metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a streamlined decision-making approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science; MBA preferred.
Compensation: This role offers a competitive salary with a range that reflects market standards. Actual compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This position may also qualify for a performance-based bonus opportunity.
