Job Summary
We seek a dynamic and experienced Mandarin Instructional Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the classroom, fostering the social and emotional growth of students, while working collaboratively with teachers and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the classroom, supporting students in their learning and social development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans, materials, and assessments.
- Document student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers, parents, and administration.
- Establish and maintain relationships with school personnel, parents, and other service providers to improve student outcomes.
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience as a classroom aide and/or coursework in Education/Special Education preferred.
Benefits
$20-23 per hour plus benefits, commensurate with experience.
