Senior Program Coordinator, Simmons Cancer Center

The Simmons Cancer Center at UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Coordinator to oversee the lifecycle of clinical trials. This role involves reviewing and drafting study budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and analyze program operations and procedures
- Develop and oversee budget development for program
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate special events and conferences
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate training and development of staff
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Education/Social Science, or related field, and seven (7) years of experience in a related field required. Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
