Talkspace is a leading online platform that connects mental health professionals with clients in their licensed state(s) through an easy-to-use and HIPAA-compliant app.

We are seeking a Flexible Mental Health Professional to join our team of dedicated therapists and counselors. As a Talkspace therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide flexible and accessible mental health care to clients while working from home.

  • Monthly Bonus Incentive: Earn a monthly client engagement bonus up to $4,000.

In addition to these benefits, you will also have access to resources like our Provider Help Center, our dedicated Provider Support Team, and our partnership with Stride Health to support your health and financial well-being.

To be eligible for this role, you must possess and provide proof of the following:

  • Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California.
  • Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
  • Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application.
  • Individual NPI number.
  • Current residence in the USA.

As a Talkspace therapist, you will be reimbursed $67.90 per hour for live sessions, with prorated rates for shorter sessions. You will also earn a monthly bonus based on the average number of clinical hours spent with clients on the platform per week, with eligibility starting at 3 weekly hours of client engagement.
