Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000-160,000 per year, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching plan, paid time off, and holiday pay. Our excellent upside bonus structure is based on productivity, ensuring that your hard work is rewarded.


Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a psychiatric-mental health setting. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, prescribing medications, developing treatment plans, and managing patient care. You will also have the opportunity to work in a mix of office outpatient and telepsychiatry services.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • A current and valid license to practice in the State of California and an NPI are required.
  • You must have full prescription authority and maintain current D.E.A. licensure.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a Behavioral Health setting or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred, but not required.
