POSITION SUMMARY:


The HR Coordinator plays a vital role within the HR Operations team, which is dedicated to supporting all phases of the employee lifecycle at Method Studios.

This team collaborates closely with the HR Business Partner team to facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and various employment modifications across our business units.

As the primary contact for employee inquiries, this position is responsible for delivering outstanding client service.

The HR Coordinator is also tasked with proposing enhancements and process improvements to elevate employee satisfaction and enrich company culture.

MAIN DUTIES:


The HR Coordinator addresses employee inquiries submitted through a centralized ticketing system with professionalism and courtesy. This role also encompasses administrative responsibilities such as preparing employment verification letters, managing new hire documentation, sending essential documents for signatures, and coordinating offboarding processes.

They will engage with Payroll or vendors on behalf of employees to resolve discrepancies related to pay, time off, and other employment matters, and facilitate the new hire orientation and onboarding program, including overseeing background checks and employment verification.


Additional responsibilities include:
Maintaining accurate and timely updates to electronic employee records.
Coordinating with payroll and HR to manage employee leaves of absence.
Collaborating with HR to ensure that final pay for terminations is processed accurately and promptly.
Actively seeking opportunities to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Participating in meetings with the HR Operations team and other departments to address process challenges, contribute to projects, and share updates.

Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on ongoing activities.
Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING:


The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt and multitask as priorities shift.

They will possess prior HR or administrative experience and have a solid understanding of employment practices and standards.

Additional desired skills include:

Proficient in MS applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Maintaining a high degree of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
Previous data entry experience, preferably in an HR context, is advantageous.

Experience in supporting a high-volume environment, such as a call center or corporate support team, is a plus.
