About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Inpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with a diverse range of patients across various medical and surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical practice and professional development under the guidance of Clinical Specialists and Directors.
  • Engage in regular Physical Therapy case conferences.
Requirements
  • A valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required.
  • Strong clinical evaluation skills, proficiency in communication, and problem-solving are essential.
  • Experience in inpatient acute care, particularly with complex patient presentations, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge or experience in vestibular care and/or ICU/critical care settings is also beneficial.
