About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital. This is a full-time opportunity with a 36-hour workweek, including day/night rotations and every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide compassionate patient care in a secure inpatient psychiatric unit, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • To take charge of clinical care, planning, organizing, and evaluating the delivery of nursing services on the unit.
About You

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse with experience in inpatient psychiatry, preferably with a background in behavioral health issues. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required, as is Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure and Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
