About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team at Modivcare in Cherry Hill, NJ. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide professional, non-clinical personal care and caregiving services to enable clients to remain healthy and independent in their home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Encourage self-care and independence in clients.
  • Provide transportation, meal preparation, and housekeeping services as requested.
  • Support clients in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move clients as needed.
