Mission Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Senior Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for taking good care of our members by actively working on the platform to open new accounts, new shares for existing members, processing and funding all consumer loan applications and processing real estate applications. You will also interview potential and existing members to determine appropriate products and services that will meet their financial needs. Additionally, you will accurately process routine member account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, wire transfers, official checks, gift cards, cash advances, and general ledger postings. In the absence of a manager, you may act as a supervisor and assist with branch opening, processing of monthly, quarterly, or yearly branch certifications, and organizing outbound activities. To be successful in this role, you will need at least 3 years of financial institution experience, and at least 1 year experience opening new accounts and processing loan applications, including real estate applications. You must also be able to actively cross-sell products and services, maintain the confidentiality of member information, and work in a professional yet relaxed environment.
