Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment strategies
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians or other team members in implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in psychology or related field (or currently enrolled in program)
  • Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
