Key Responsibilities:- Operate drilling rigs with precision and accuracy
- Collect and analyze geotechnical samples to inform our clients' decisions
- Lead and manage a team of drilling crew members
- Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a smooth workflow
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless project execution
- Class A CDL and a minimum of 2 years of drilling experience
- Proficiency in operating various drilling equipment, including Continuous Flight Augers, Hollow Stem Augers, and Mud Rotary drilling
